Big Energy Group Wins Best Customer Service Award

Big Energy Group is celebrating a major achievement after winning the ‘Best Customer Service (Large Customers)’ award at the Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCAs) 2025. Held beneath Shakespeare’s Globe on 26 November 2025, the event honoured the very best in UK energy brokering.

TELCAs are among the most respected in the industry, with 2025’s winners determined by a panel of judges comprising of industry leaders from organisations including but not limited to Costa Coffee, Diageo and Sainsburys.  

The award, sponsored by tem, recognises outstanding customer service achievements, innovations and best practices. Big Energy Group stood out against the other finalists for delivering on its ‘powerful possibilities’ brand proposition with innovative solutions and standout service.
